Siamon Gordon
Siamon Gordon FRS, FMedSci (born 29 April 1938) is a British pathologist,[1] and Glaxo Wellcome Professor (Emeritus) of Cellular Pathology, at University of Oxford.[2] He was on the Faculty of 1000.[3] He was a Visiting Scientist at the NIH.[4]
Life
He earned a M.B., and Ch.B. from University of Cape Town, and PhD from Rockefeller University. He taught at Rockefeller University from 1971 to 1976, and at University of Oxford, from 1976 to 2008.[5]
He is on the Scientific Advisory Board of the American Asthma Foundation.[6]
Family
He married Lyndall Gordon; they have two daughters.[7]
